So I had this crazy idea while waiting for the water to boil for my ramen. It is a strategy that could be used to Obama's advantage in the rescheduling of MI and FL voting.

Hear me out:

*Starting with the idea of a mail-in primary in both, costing about a combined $10mil (Maybe)
*Obama declares that he is willing to put up $5mil (50%) immediately for new primary.
*Obama challenges HRC to match him within 48 hours or he will pay for the entire thing.
*Great success?
